The designer does not know me so she was doing her job.I will probably replace it when I do my basement.

Ordered in March, had to wait until June for an install date. Had to push the date due to the floor not being installed. They came back and offered an August date. They came out to install and they did not listen to what we expected. Came back the next day and still incorrect.

Hopefully everything will be remedied when the correct doors are installed. I’m letting the height difference go because it’s too much of a hassle to fight it. I was pleased with the design and the installers, but the ordering process/communication has been much less than expected for a $9000+ unit. The "professional" designer did a terrible job in planning my closet, without giving me room to open the wifi panel. I called at least 4 times to try, and problem solve my closet issue and was passed from one person to another.
The installer Darrin is excellent
We had them finish the top of the new closet for long term storage above. They give a great discount if you sign during the first trip so be prepared. Then we waited maybe two weeks (not long) before they scheduled the install.
